Returns & Exchanges

At Ottawa Goodtime Centre, we want you to ride in style and comfort; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
